Pleomorphic Xanthoastrocytoma

These four images (from l. to r. CT, T2WMR, T1WMR, T1MR w/Gd) demonstrate a pleomorphic xanthoastroctyoma (PXA). This lesion is largely cystic, and the "mural nodule" is a flattened region of enhancement located along the medial wall of the cyst.
