Words of Wisdom:
Remember to have fun and be able to laugh at yourself. All work and no play make work (and home) very dreary.
Keep your family involved and top priority during career planning.
There is life and plenty of opportunity after retirement.
Without good people, even the best processes fail. Take care of your people first.
